Benjamin T. Wilson
is an internationally recognized and award winning filmmaker born and raised in Pittsburgh. High school saw him winning local film and art competitions before breaking onto the festival scene with his short film “Cole The Robot,” produced during his Junior year of college. Since then he has gone on to produce almost a dozen short films which have screened across the United States and beyond, including but not limited to festivals in Atlanta, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Austin, Hollywood, and of course, numerous festivals in his home town of Pittsburgh, as well as international screenings in Spain, Italy, Brazil, India, China, Egypt, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and England.
These shorts have earned critical acclaim and awards for everything from writing, directing, and acting, to producing, practical effects, and original score. You can watch many of them on this website. Benjamin is currently in the early stages of post-production for the feature film "Galatea," which wrapped principle photography in August of 2018.
